Abstract

Work place assumes a greater space in our career and personal life. Sharing a space with an ideal companion in all phases is crucial. We tend to take pride in our work when we feel better at work. Peer group co-ordination, proper communication, recognition etc influence the work environment to a greater extends to retain employees success. Dynamic nature of business owing to changing wants of shoppers demands a modification in work environment. The organizational progressions that arise greatly affect the workforce. Management can only achieve a positive result from employees by knowing the impact of changes. The review sheds light on how workers can be driven to accept transition in work environment  and impacts them in order to take up difficulties.
