Abstract

Additive manufacturing technology or 3D printing technology (additive manufacturing is known as 3D printing) is totally different advanced methods than traditional manufacturing processes. The past years, additive manufacturing technology has created vast expectation and a huge future dominance anticipated in this technology. Many scholars consider that AM technology will be the next “big thing” almost same to improvement of the internet, the computer or semiconductors. A variety of processes as well as components have been extending improved to catch its applications. Additive manufacturing gives everybody to such facilities from a digital design for making physical 3D objects. Whilst technology advancement aspect is indispensable for assuring prosperity, development in the financial outlook offers the necessity of innovation. AM has displayed its growth in the both aspects due to great increasing in personal and industrial applications. Yet the applications of additive manufacturing technology are still in primary stage in developing countries. In this project has beenpresented the different opportunities of AM technology for the developing countries and possibilities applications of its. An online survey was driven to indentify the reason for developing countries of not using this technology significantly. This project also put an end future scope of additive manufacturing technology in developing countries for development in design and processing.
