Abstract

This paper provides a brief idea about modeling of solar photovoltaic system and wind turbine and  peltier effect or thermoelectric effect . In this paper present simulation model of photovoltaic (PV) system and wind turbine and peltier effect which evaluate electrical performance of the PV and wind turbine and peltier effect with respect to the change of Temperature and the change wind velocity and irradition  .Photovoltaic system and wind turbine and peltier effect this all renewable energy. Now a days Pollution increase day by day  then its important to protect the atmosphere .Here we used DC-DC converter should operate to maximum power output The proposed model is designed with the help of MATLAB/SIMULINK. The data provided by the manufacturer is used to calculate the non-linear parameters. The characteristic of proposed model is compared with reference PV module and wind module peltier module .Here we generate the 73.7MW. The 230 W PV modules manufactured by Sun module SW 230 poly/Version 2.0 and 2.5 Frame is used as a reference. The large solar PV array system is modeled and simulated using the data provided in this module. The proposed model results in improved performance of solar photovoltaic systems. Here we used average 15 m/s velocity of wind . In this doubly –fed Induction Generator because of the wind velocity is not fixed. In Peltier effect we must have temperature difference.
