Abstract

Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) bottles increasingly becoming vital part of our life. With the remarkable increase in plastic utilization it is difficult to biodegrade the plastics in nature and  has become the matter of concern. Our ravenous craving for PET bottles connect with the irrefutable action tendency of progressivebygone utilization, littering the ocean and natural environment. So the as the need arises direct the waste plastic bottles to their best use. In today’s industry there is requirement of some worthwhile materials to increase the strength of structure and also the requirement to deal with the problem of waste demolitionand to reduce the environmental strain. Researchers are trying to incorporate waste products into concrete which are having dual impact on decreasing the environmental strain and intensify the mechanical behavior of concrete.  The study of various researchers proved that incorporation of plastic fibers have enhance effects on the mechanical behavior of concrete.
