Abstract

Metal Active Gas (MAG) welding has high quality for joining two or more materials efficiently. AA-6111 is selected on the basis of corrosion resistance, fabrication, heat treating good combination of toughness and formability factors. MAG is efficient welding utilized in aerospace, ship & marine industries. In this research, measure thespeed, shield gas and current influence on tensile strength of AA-6111joints with size of 300 mm x 30 mm x 4 mm. In this, maximum tensile strength 131 MPa measured forfor 93 mm/ min, 6.5 Lt/ min & 230 ampere.
