It clearly states that the AMT growth in the world shows a higher climbing trajectory on the graphs, ensuring new job opportunities and also cutting of few of the job opportunities. But the intake of human resource remains more or less the same[1]. According to various reviewers, all success factors of the manufacturing industry are related to AMT, and are also providing the scopes for the further researches for the research scholars[2]. Via literature reviews we can also conclude that the rate of development of AMT in manufacturing industry will soon raise a whole new range of factories working for new technologies developing their own technologies. Jason Knock stated that in South Africa, AMT implementation is an innovative approach to increase production as well as it has a direct relation to economic development and stability[3]. Thus, AMT can be taken as boon for the society and the upcoming generation.
