Separating Cloud Storage data for Enhancing Security

Abstract

Cloud computing becomes very much essential for large scale infrastructure organizations for running their businesses. The cloud architecture has several advantages of dipping price by sharing storage resources, computing and many more. We encounter the main problem in cloud computing is to identify and deliver the correct data for particular organization. The main reason of this problem is because different organizations share storage resources to reduce their cost. This rises the situations where mixing the data of different organizations are done. Other issues which make us to think about data separation in cloud are damage of delicate information, outages, unclearness of boundaries and theft possibilities. So, it is required to separate the data in cloud to provide more security and reliability. The data in cloud is separated to provide security as a main concern and it can be separated physically or logically. This requires huge amount of cost as service provider needs to perform encryption and decryption technique and perform separate backups of data of an organization.
