Abstract

In universe situation, population has become a serious downside that unceasingly will increase. Due to unemployment, most of the people from rural area mobilize themselves to urban cities. This leads to controlling of population associate degree inescapable issue. So population will increases in metropolitan cities like Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai, etc.These causeshold up at peak hours that are unmanageable and conjointly will  increases rate of accidents. Thus, observance and obeying of traffic rules becomes a serious concern. This paper deals with a thought to style a sensible show managementleron to control speed in vehicles and for observance the zones. The planned system composes two units like zone status transmitters unit and speed management control unit. As the information is passed on from the zone, the attached unit in the vehicle automatically alerts the driver, as to decrease the speed consequently. The main goal is to hold a couple of modification within the current road safety paradigm by the method of providing friendly and digital various static road signs. In addition depends on road signs, the device also will aid in avoiding accidents and traffic jams.
