Design And Development Of Beach Sand Cleansing Equipment Based On Electro-Hydraulic Mechanism

Abstract

Beach sand cleaning is one of the most important aspects that must implemented for a clean future. Even though many organizations are involved in getting rid of the debris, the amount of refuse keeps on increasing day by day.  From the different works related to this paper, analysis was made that general awareness is created for the public regarding the environmental pollution as well as the machines are built with a complication in design and lack of efficiency. In this paper, we have proposed a beach sand cleansing equipment based on electro-hydraulic mechanism as well as multi-tool system which is much efficient in collecting the refuse from the beach. In this paper, we have not only devised ways to remove the microplastics from the beach sand but also proposed to protect the sea animals like sea turtles and their hatchlings from the plastic pollution thereby increasing their survival rate. Here the beach sand is cleaned with the usage of electronics as well as mechanical equipment like PIR sensor to detect any living organisms, 6/3 direction control valve etc. which gives a fine outcome of the result.  Thus, the process of beach sand cleaning is much quicker by adopting this mechanism.
