Abstract
The article deals with the issues based on the need to create a model for the formation of a successful teacher, which can contribute to the formation of successful students. And the success of teacher g as a specialist is determined by the quality of his training in higher education. Educational and professional activities are considered as areas of life in which there are situations related to success. The growth of professional skills and the teacher’s pedagogical culture is more intense if the person takes the position of an active subject of activity, if practical individual experience is comprehended and combined with social and professional experience, if creative professional search is encouraged.
