Abstract

145 children aged 7 to 11 years were examined. Of these: with the nephrotic form of CGN - 40; CGN on the background of AD-40; AD-40. The control group consisted of -25 healthy children. It was revealed that in children with the nephrotic form of CGN with AD, the informational content of qualitative and quantitative signs was high in CGN: oliguria, proteinuria, type 3 diabetes; with CGN + AD: edema, total protein, ASL to kidney tissue, CEC; by markers AD-itching of the skin, IgE. As a pathogenetic criterion for the diagnosis of a nephrotic form of CGN with blood pressure, immunopathological signs are used: an increase in renal ASL, CIC, IgE and overproduction of IL2, IL4. The high efficiency of the application of the forecasting algorithm in children with chronic heart failure on the background of blood pressure and blood pressure allows recommending it for widespread use in pediatric practice.
