A Study Of Organizational Supporting Factors For Acceptance Of Engagement In Technology-Enhanced Learning

Abstract

While incorporating development of employee’s competence it is possible only through technology enhanced learning (TEL). Therefore a proper support system is required in the organisation. In TEL the form of organizational support is very relevant for employee engagement as it is the key purpose of the study. So, the proper selection of organizational support is essential. At the time of engaging in TEL organizational & infrastructure based policy are very crucial. Infrastructural & institutional policy supports are less important in TEL engagement process as compared to colleague and manger support that is more important. A mutual benefit has been taken by both employers & employees through organizational support. Employees work efficiently & effectively when they properly satisfied their duty such as better working conditions, high salary, feeling important part of the organization, contribution in organization’s operations and proper attention given by manager. It has been found that in this environment employees are more committed to their work and done on the time and also do their best for the organization. The findings show the relationship of different components & organizational support with employees’ engagement in technology enhanced learning.
