Abstract

The article describes the development of scientific and theoretical aspects of management of innovation processes in the real sector of the economy and their practical application. About studying of world experience in development of the enterprises on the basis of vertical integration, development of methods of their application in the conditions of Uzbekistan, development of the econometric model and methodical approaches of improvement of innovative activity on the basis of vertical management in corporate structures and preparation of offers on effective ways of vertical management points are given.
