Classification of Detectors of Capacitive Humidity Transducers of Bulk Materials

Abstract

In this article the short analysis of methods and humidity measurement devices of Bulks for determination of optimum structure, type and construction of detectors, cavities of the monitoring device of humidity of the bulks (B) is carried out. The principles of creation of different primary sources, development of the leading scientists and firms, serially released measuring devices for creation of the intelligent device of an express method of measurement of humidity are analyzed. Deeper studying of versions (constructions, materials, forms the sizes) detectors is carried out and cavities therefore, the objective is solved – are offered the recommendation about the choice of a dielectrophoreticy way, optimum construction of detectors and cavities.
