Selections of undefined Lagrange multipliers in the planning of short-term hydrothermal power system modes
Abstract
The paper studies the issues of the correct choice of uncertain Lagrange multipliers with optimal distribution of graphs of total active loads of the power system between thermal and hydroelectric power plants. An algorithm has been developed that provides for the selection of the optimal value of the Lagrange coefficient, ensuring minimum fuel consumption, in the presence of thermal and hydroelectric power plants in the power system. The created algorithm makes it possible to determine the optimal modes of power plants and power systems with high accuracy and reliability.
