Real Time Monitering Of Soil Nutrients
Abstract
Farmers suffer financial losses for cultivating a new agricultural land if they do not know the key factors of the soil. Farmers may wish to grow a particular crop based on his financial condition and interest. In our project we concentrate on finding the nutrients present in the soil such as Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P) and Potassium (K) by using Electrodes. In this paper we propose, based on N, P & K values obtained it can be decided the amount of additional nutrients of the deliberate supplements should be included in the soil. By doing so we can improve the soil fertility for growing the particular crops and thus it reduces the addition of undesired fertilizers to the soil. The above system makes use of ESP32 module for data acquisition and transfer of data to the farmer for providing the necessary information. Overall, our approach helps the farmers to obtain real-time information about the fertility of the soil and help them in making right choice, increase better yield and financial preferred position.
