On the issue of intelligent calculation of the equilibrium of a three-phase system when drying a liquid material
The actual issue of computer modeling and development of a technique for automated calculation of the equilibrium state of the heat and mass transfer process in drying products is considered. For this, a system analysis was carried out, taking as a basis for each parameter of the four main factors determining the state of equilibrium. Computer displays of changes in the equilibrium condition and the results of a computerized calculation of the transition of the system into equilibrium for each selected of four factors are presented. The results of this article can be used in the calculation of heat and mass transfer processes.
