Water Body Cleaner

Abstract

Water is a basic need for all living beings, it is important to keep the water bodies clean. Water gets polluted due to many reasons such as waste from industries, garbage disposal, sewage waste etc. In India water pollution is  a major topic of concern because of the disposal of plastic and other floating objects into the water bodies. Also such particulates are consumed by the aquatic organisms residing in the water which causes plastic to enter into our food chain. We have developed a water robot which is efficient, small and discrete and remote accessible allowing an operator to clean the water surface without any disturbances to the natural flora and fauna. We believe that the smart water cleaning robot will become a big research topic and find a market in the near future.
