Effects of Individual Characteristics, Job Characteristics and Organizational Characteristics on Employee Performance of the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population And Family Planning Control In Bintan
Abstract
Currently improvements in terms of community services continue to be improved, including the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning of Bintan Regency, which continues to strive to improve services toward the community. The implementation of service activities are inseparable from the employee, the work performed and the vision of the organization that carries it out. Individual characteristics will determine the results of the work done by someone, as well as the characteristics of the work done will determine the results of the work. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of individual characteristics, job characteristics and organizational characteristics on employee performance both simultaneously and partially. Method data analysis using an associative approach with SPSS tools. The research model uses multiple linear regression model analysis. The sample of the study were 42 employees of the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning in Bintan Regency. The results showed that individual characteristics and job characteristics significantly influence employee performance partially. While organizational characteristics do not significantly influence employee performance. Simultaneously individual characteristics, job characteristics and organizational characteristics significantly influence performance.
