The Influence Of Some Superplasticizers On The Change In Water Resistance Of Concrete

Abstract

 The article provides information on some modern superplasticizers and the results of a study of their effect on the water resistance of concrete. Progress in modern construction, including the creation of the possibility of erecting unique objects, is the result of a breakthrough in concrete science, more related to the use of chemical additives, the bulk of which are superplasticizers. Today superplasticizer additives are an integral component of modern concrete. They are used almost universally, both in the preparation of high-strength concrete and for medium-strength concrete. Despite the vast experience in the use of superplasticizers, there are also conflicting results related to the durability of concrete with these additives [1,4].
