Abstract
Labor is a purposeful human activity. Since it is aimed at production and a person participates in it, this area is called the sphere of social and labor relations. In the process of labor, employees, employers and their representatives enter social and labor relations with the participation of the state. This concept reflects the integrity and interdependence of labor and social relations and covers all stages of labor creation - the formation (training, retraining and advanced training), exchange, distribution and consumption (that is the direct use of labor in the labor process).
