Real Time Autonomous Health Monitoring And Tracking System For Soldiers

Abstract

Real time autonomous health monitoring system is proposed for monitoring and tracking the soldiers and also their health periodically. There are many risks for the soldiers in the warfare regions and also in the snowy regions.  Risks such as hazardous gas, snow slides, heavy snow fall, variation in their body temperature may affect their health condition, sudden heart problems may also lead to problems in warfare. The current system in army has many problems in rescuing their lost soldiers in warfare and snowy regions so it takes many days to rescue them. Hence we proposed a real time autonomous health monitoring and tracking system for soldiers which is very much helpful in rescue operations of the soldiers in risky regions by locating them by using GPS and GSM techniques. It also monitors their health parameters such as temperature, heart rate. Altitude also can be measured using altitude senor. All the information can be transmitted using GSM module to the control room of the army officials.
