Abstract

The relevance: This article deals with providing the digitalization, safety and environmental sustainability of water bodies. The implementation of ACS technology for water resources, terms, and stages of its implementation on water bodies in Kazakhstan are reflected in the State Program for the Development of the Agro-industries of the RK for 2017-2021. In today's water supply and use conditions, the cost of water resources is not sufficiently taken into account, which leads to serious errors in the planning process and reduced efficiency of water resources and water management enterprises. The main aim: In the context of market relations, the intensification of manufacture, first of all, assumes an increase in efficiency of use of all kinds of industrial resources including water. The analysis of the technical and economic parameters of progressive technologies and the study of water use indicators in farms show that the experience of rational use of water resources accumulated to date is not used enough, and the rate of water use efficiency improvement does not meet the objectives of intensive economic development. This is mainly due to the lack of an effective economic mechanism. Therefore, an important goal is to study the problems of water resources economic assessment and the issues of their use, the assessment of production costs and results. Methods: The automation of gauging stations through the implementation of the SCADA system for water resources management and metering will guarantee the equitable distribution of water, reduce non-productive losses of water resources, as well as transparency of water intake and discharge at transboundary gauging stations, which in turn will contribute to the improvement of agricultural efficiency. Results: The developed ACS for water resources at hydraulic complexes enables carrying out the processes of control, distribution and metering of water in an operative mode. The developed algorithms and software for water resources management at water bodies ensure equal water allocation based on the principle of water supply uniformity; minimization of unproductive water consumption; maintenance of objective statistics on a wide range of management quality indicators through the use of information technologies in water management.
