Abstract

This scientific article reveals the essence and nature of clustering policy and priorities of their organization in regions. Along with grouping of the meanings of clustering, there are provided interpretations of major models of clustering policy and theoretico-metodic views related to the differences between them. Moreover, the article widely highlights stages of infrastructure for supporting entrepreneurship in developing innovation oriented clusters.
