Abstract

The parameter of an organization's strategic success is to form a critical success factor (CSF) so that the organization has a standard level of performance measurement. One form of implementing corporate strategy is the use of technology in it. Business Intelligence System (BIS) requires information technology which has an important role in the success of an organization, because it can help in making decisions that are accurate, timely and relevant. So as to increase productivity and profitability in the organization. The object of this research was conducted in Indonesian multinational companies, namely PT. Astra International Tbk. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyze the priority of critical success factor (CSF) success in utilizing business intelligence systems (BIS). In this study classifying four priority categories of success factors. To determine and determine the main priority, in this study using the help of the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method. The results of the study show that of the four categories and sixteen sub-criteria, the process category is the main priority in the implementation of business intelligence systems (BIS).
