Changes in Behavior Tourism Information Exposure Model
Abstract
This study examines the information exposure to tourism development and changes in Balinese behavior. The theoretical basis used in this research is the theory about information exposure, the theory of three-dimensional measurement of exposure information includes frequency, duration, and attention. This type of research is qualitative-descriptive and quantitative descriptive. Data analysis methods using a qualitative content analysis approach and Quantitative data are processed using quantitative-descriptive techniques using SEM. This aims to explain the level of information exposure influencing the behavior of Balinese people. Data collection techniques use documentation study sourced from news reports and interview data sourced from tourism experts and academicians. Results indicated that tourism in Bali is exposed as an ideal image. It also showed that media information exposure brings both positive and negative significant impact on the behavior of Balinese people.
