Abstract

During a student's academic life, predicting a career suitable for the student is of utmost importance because the suggested career would be the student's goal. Therefore, the student has to select core courses and electives accordingly so that they can acquire the appropriate knowledge and skills for that career. In general, the career prediction work (s) is carried out by the institution's expert advisers. These counsellors consider the student's academic history and also the grades obtained in subjects such as aptitude, reasoning tests, etc. Many times, when a student completes his graduation and gets a job in the industry, his psychological factors may not coincide with the psychological factors required for that job. This results in frustration. An expert system is required in which the psychological factors of a student can be assessed by having the students play a game. So that, we proposed a "Sokoban Game" has been presented and a way to assess psychological factors using the game has been shown. So  we proposed a carrier guidance and student planning ability and intelligence assessment system on Sokoban. Also presented in this document is how a suitable career can be assessed that matches with psychological factors.
