Abstract

The article explores the concept of the enterprise labour force, their characteristics. The organization
of accounting, audit and analysis of labour force. The leading indicators and the process of analyzing
the efficiency of use of labour force at the enterprise are determined. Recommendations for improving
the methodological and organizational principles and practices of accounting, audit and analysis of
the efficiency of use of labour force at the enterprise have substantiated.
