Abstract

The study of Biological networks helps us to investigate the evolution processes of Amino acid, PPI networks etc. Amino acids are building blocks of proteins which has a number of physico- chemical as well as physical properties. Amino acids will have more tendencies to evolve from one to another having similar structure and structure are similar if amino acids have maximum number of similar properties. In this paper we have constructed amino acids networks based on the some physico-chemical and physical properties. To examine the relative importance of the different amino acids with respect to the network we have discussed mainly four commonly used centrality measures. Further we have investigated the correlation coefficients between this four centrality measures.
