Abstract

The article is devoted to theoretical assessment wear slide bearings operating in an environment
variable loading, an example of slide bearings of the planetary rotation mechanism of crawler
tractors. The analytical dependences allow to calculate the wear of the bearing and the shaft, as
well as the change of the gap. By comparing the obtained value with the limit gap, it is possible to
determine the service life of the slide bearings
