Research Technology For Drying Medicinal Plants

Abstract

The problems of high-quality processing of the herbal motor (Allium motor) are considered.
The results of experiments on drying the herbal on the helio accumulation drying equipment
developed are presented. During the drying process, the temperature was maintained at 46-54 °C for
13 hours. The engine is well dried and it is well preserved vitamins and carbohydrates, color and
taste do not change. The optimum drying time has been determined. The dried product can be ground
as needed to produce a powder.
