An Overview of Importance of English Language in Advertisement

Abstract

            This paper highlights the importance of advertising a brand to the customers through the mode of communication. This advertisement helps to promote its sales and increase the revenue of the product to the company. Advertisements play a important role in our day to day life. The advertisements do in mass media through communication to others should be in a colorful and fascinating to attract the clients. People who work hard can excel in this field. the goal of advertising is to think in 'textually determined way' to boost the sales of products and services . For advertising a product in a local language formats do not vary, but advertising a same local product in English language needs to be given a 'modern flavor and high  self- referencing format are used. This paper critically analyses the language used in advertisements with reference to the products used in mass media , papers and journals
