Abstract

Roller-compacted concrete (RCC) or rolled concrete (roll Crete) is a special concrete that is
compacted using a roller instead of using vibrators like normal concrete. Roller Compacted Concrete is a
Zero-Slump Concrete. It has the strength and durability of conventional concrete but the unit cost is low
because of the mix proportion and method of placement. It has high durability and the cost of construction
is low compared with conventional concrete.
