Synthesis, optical and transport properties of magnetic and non-magnetic oxide doped delafossite structure CuAlO2
Abstract
In the present study, magnetic and non-magnetic oxide doped CuAlO2were synthesized by solid state technique. The obtained results of X-ray diffraction (XRD) confirm single phase nature and rhombohedral structure of all the samples.
