Methods Of Teaching Trigonometry At School
Abstract
This article is given to the methodological highlights of the study of trigonometry at school. The article briefly talks about the history of teaching methods of trigonometry and analyses the current state of educating this teach in high schools. Trigonometry is traditionally one of the most important components of mathematics, represents its holistic and independent section. This is confirmed by the presence of a significant number of intra-subject relationships both within its individual topics and between them. Trigonometry is very closely connected with the coordinate method and with such disciplines as mathematical analysis, geometry, and algebra.
