The Significance And Role Of Modeling In The Knowledge Of Social Processes
Abstract
In this article, modeling is considered as a method of scientific knowledge of social processes and features of the original object. As is known, human thinking activity is not done without modeling, but not all thinking activity can be called modeling, but only that which is connected with cognitive attitudes, epistemological tasks and assumes scientific methods of improving or changing the behavior of the original object. Modern times and subsequent centuries produced models of the scientist, models of the educator, models of the revolutionary, models of market relations, models of the businessman and billionaire, models of the masses. Each age has its own heroes, models, and idols. With the development of science and technology, with the advent of cybernetics, computers and new methods of management, a new branch of knowledge - the theory of modeling appeared. Today, no sphere of public life, social management, will be bypassed without applying the modeling method. And success in management activities, achievement of socio-economic, cultural, pedagogical goals, tasks – is impossible without the help and use of modern, innovative forms of modeling.
