Abstract

This article reveals a general idea of the main features of public catering services, and also touches upon the fact that public catering services are in the process of paying or receiving payment for goods and services sold at the same time. That is, the services that catering services perform at all stages of enterprises are implemented simultaneously. The scope of catering services is part of the retail turnover of catering services. Because catering services are sold by adding to their products. Therefore, the main indicators in assessing the state of the catering market are the volume of retail goods turnover and catering services. At the same time, special attention is paid to the specifics of the market of public catering services and public catering services in assessing the situation, the development of the public catering services sector in Uzbekistan today, as well as determining its further development.
