The development of diversified farms is one of them an important factor in increasing agricultural productivity

Abstract

Sustainability of farms are an important to development of agricultural sector, but the farms are not only production of raw materials that they have to generate industries goods. At the same time, usually lots of farms are producing same products that while these are not ensuring high efficiency on the changeable economy, in addition it has negative impact to development of agriculture. f paying attention to developed countries experiences, there is seen that the type of diversified farms is more efficiency to providing of food security and social sustainability. Although, there are some methods to develop multidisciplinary farms but the economic mechanisms are provided the most efficiency. In general 86 diversified farms are studied in our republic by during this research and analyzing which addition branch is the most important for them. The researching is showed that currently while only 58 per cent farms are able to organize an extra branch on their activities, but not all of these farms are industrialists. The surveying shows that development of multi-disciplinary farms is strongly dependent on their geographical areas. This is due to the fact that the diversified farms are able to get more income if they located near the big cities because like these farms can reduce to transport spending.
