Analysing the Role of Forensic Science in India in Context of Sexual Offences: Issues and Challenges

Abstract

Forensic science is a regulation which functions within the boundaries of the legal system which is recognized in the eyes of law. It may have exceptional and amazing in the terms supporting and holding up the justice in crime investigation and other major breach. Its motive is to provide guidance and protection to those who are conducting the procedure of criminal investigation by the application and recognition and it also helps in the recovery of evidences which were present when the incident took place.  Forensic science is completely depended upon the major consideration with crime scenes and collecting and attaining the accurate information with maximum accuracy which they can completely trust at the time of solving the criminal and civil disputes. The crime is offensive in nature which includes “homicide, rapes, incidents related to accidents, undisclosed bodies, and misplaced persons”, the cases that are often related to fraud and forgery are also included.
