Abstract

In this era of world where human prediction plays a significant role for decision making process.
There was a time when companies usually ask customers to give manual feedback about their product
when customer bought or experienced their product. That feedback considered to play vital role for
companies to identify pros and cons of product came from feedback and accordingly companies try to
refine their decision for their product in future. This process enables a company to identify their
market existence around globe or country. With the advent of social media, the whole world is now
transforming quickly and feedback process is now computerized. With this, now human prediction
isn’t bound with only one company’s products; It has been expanded to give feedback about product
brands, services, events, issues, stock market, celebrities, economy and even politicians also. People
post their reviews and opinion about their politicians on daily, weekly or yearly basis on social
media; Facebook, Instagram or specially Twitter. This paper investigates different sentiment analysis
techniques applied to twitter information and evaluate their prediction results.
