Literature Review on SER- Speech Emotion Recognition and its Techniques

Abstract

Speech Emotion Recognition (SER) is sub-part of speech recognition where speech or Human voices
are taken to recognize emotions from it. The Emotions are recognized or extracted based on the voice
signals, comprising various classification algorithms and Speech Analysis Methods. The paper will
clear three major points on SER. Two techniques of SER and lastly what’s the difference between
them.
