Abstract

The electrical supply stimulates the effectiveness of the end user apparatus.Withoutefficent power
supply, an electrical apparatus is unsuccessful in its normal functioning.The motivation behind this
research work is to analyze and workout the reliability and modelling of a working power system
.Through this research work the author undertakes the task to mitigate the problem of voltage dip
and inrush current with use of suggested DSTATCOM..The reliability, modulation and simulation
of the power system is assessed through DSTATCOM with the application of simulation technique
in MATLAB.The results which we got by using DSTATCOM clearly indicated that the voltage dip
and inrush current were mitig
