Comparative Analysis of Various RF Power Amplifiers and Device Fabrication Technology for Future 5G Applications
Abstract
The demand of wireless communication is pave the way towards the next generation wireless
communication 5G from 4G communication. There is propensity of dramatically change in the design
of transmitter front end to fulfill the demands of 5G. The Radio frequency (RF) Power Amplifier(PA)
effect the overall performance of transmitter so the evolving 5G technology requires the high
efficiency and wide bandwidth PA without affecting its linearity. A brief review of various advanced
RF PA architectures and their device fabrication technology is addressed in this article and
summarize with the quantitative comparison of performancemetrics of PA
