Abstract
Sharing knowledge in addition to influencing soft skills, innovation also affects performance. The purpose of this paper is to examine the mediating effect of soft skills and innovation on the relationship between knowledge sharing and project design and build team performance. Data were collected from questionnaire survey and interviews with 120 respondent who worked in the implementation of the DB project in several cities in Indonesia. The analysis used is Statistical Analysis with SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that, soft skill are able to absorb the direct influence that was previously significant from the model without mediation with a VAF value of 23%, so it is categorized as a partial mediator. While the innovation is only able to absorb the direct influence that was previously significant from the model without mediation with a VAF value of 8%, so there is almost no mediating effect of the influence of knowledge sharing on the performance of the design and build project teams in several cities in Indonesia.
