Recognition of various vegetables in different background for Robotic Automated Vegetable making Machine

Abstract

This paper presents a work regarding the process of cooking vegetables. The cooking will be done
by an automatic machine. For cooking vegetables many different kind actions have to be done like
cutting or chopping, mixing, boiling, sautéing, frying etc. So all these process should be done by a
cooking machine automatically. But before this, cooking machine should recognize different kinds of
vegetables.
In this paper we will focus on the recognition problems of various vegetables.
