An Empirical Examination of Influence of ICT based Knowledge Management Practices on Sustainable Development in Public Sector Banks

Abstract

The purpose of this paper to understand the role of ICT based knowledge management practices on sustainability development in Indian public sector banks. The paper also talks about the role of ICT in promotion of sustainability development. The main hypothesis is to measure the influence of ICT based knowledge management practices on sustainability development in Indian public sector banks.
