Knowledge Integration as Mediator of the Influence of Green Leadership on Organizational Performance

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the Knowledge Integration as a mediator of the influence of green leadership on Organizational Performance. The study was conducted with a survey approach of 205 head of study program from 8 State Universities (PTN) in Semarang. Proportional Random Sampling was used for sampling method. Data analysis uses Path analysis and bootstrapping tests to test the effect of green leadership, Knowledge Integration both directly and indirectly on organizational performance. The results showed that green leadership, Knowledge Integration has a positive influence on organizational performance. And Knowledge Integration can mediate the influence of green leadership on organizational performance.
