Abstract

This study aimed to test the conceptual model of the integrated role of social exchange (trust in the leader and leader-member exchange) and Affective Event Theory in the relationship between overall Justice and OCBS. The survey found 311 medical personnel in Central Java to be respondents.  As a result, mediating variables can mediate the relationship between overall justice and OCBS, except for positive affect. Nevertheless, all affect and social exchange variables can sequentially mediate the relationship between overall justice and OCBS.
