Abstract

It is very important for Indonesia to catch up to the infrastructure development of the world. One of the way the country intends to tackle this problem is by the development of its LRT project. In order to minimize the cost overrun on the concourse project of the LRT station, BIM based quantity take off is used. To acquire the most influential factors on the implementation of BIM based quantity take off on the concourse project of the LRT station, a statistical analysis method of Relative Importance Index (RII) was used. The most influential factor affecting the BIM based quantity take off is drawings, bill of quantity, work plan, specification, cost database, BIM modeling, quantity take off, individual model selection, operator experience, calculation process, and operator education.
