Abstract

With the growing interest almost in every region of the globe, it becomes the duty of researchers to evaluate the site dependent performance of solar PV system. India is a country aiming 100 GW electricity from solar energy by 2022, with the scarcity of land. Therefore an attempt is made to evaluate various performance parameters in laboratory and outdoor conditions at GLA University Mathura. Indoor results support for inclusion of wind during performance evaluation and also forecasting because average value of PR experimental is 98.2% while simulated PR is 98.6%.During outdoor experiment the PR experimental is 95.9% while simulated PR is 98.03%. Other experimental parameters are also more than theoretical for considered case.
